  4. Embrace the Uncertainty: You don't have to have everything figured out. Instead of meticulously planning your routine, allow your awareness to guide you in the present moment.


  5. Discover Your Purpose: You'll eventually find what you're meant to be doing during this time. The right message can only reach you when your mind is free from the clutter of everything else.


  6. Be Kind to Yourself: Don't be too hard on yourself or feel guilty if your activities don't align with what you consider productive. Creativity flourishes when you're calm.
